Caracterizar a distribui\\u00e7\\u00e3o de estudantes em fun\\u00e7\\u00e3o do sexo no Instituto Polit\\u00e9cnico de Beja, por unidade org\\u00e2nica, por ciclo de estudos, nas \\u00e1reas das Ci\\u00eancias, Tecnologias, Engenharias, Artes e Matem\\u00e1ticas (STEAM) e nas \\u00e1reas da Educa\\u00e7\\u00e3o, da Sa\\u00fade e da prote\\u00e7\\u00e3o social;<\\\/span><\\\/p><div><span style=\\\"color: #7a7a7a;\\\">2. Caracterizar a genderiza\\u00e7\\u00e3o da oferta formativa do Instituto Polit\\u00e9cnico de Beja, por unidade org\\u00e2nica e por ciclo de estudos;<\\\/span><\\\/div><div><span style=\\\"color: #7a7a7a;\\\">3. Analisar como \\u00e9 que a dimens\\u00e3o de g\\u00e9nero \\u00e9 integrada na oferta formativa, nos planos de estudo, nos projetos em curso, nas pr\\u00e1ticas e na documenta\\u00e7\\u00e3o institucional do Instituto Polit\\u00e9cnico de Beja;<\\\/span><\\\/div><div><span style=\\\"color: #7a7a7a;\\\">4. Conhecer as perce\\u00e7\\u00f5es da comunidade acad\\u00e9mica do Instituto Polit\\u00e9cnico de Beja em torno da igualdade de g\\u00e9nero; e<\\\/span><\\\/div><div><span style=\\\"color: #7a7a7a;\\\">5. Identificar as sugest\\u00f5es de melhoria da comunidade acad\\u00e9mica para a promo\\u00e7\\u00e3o da igualdade de g\\u00e9nero no Instituto Polit\\u00e9cnico de Beja.<\\\/span><\\\/div><div><p><span style=\\\"color: #7a7a7a;\\\">Seguiu-se uma abordagem metodol\\u00f3gica de estudo de caso de tipo explorat\\u00f3rio, de perfil quantitativo e qualitativo, com recurso a diferentes t\\u00e9cnicas de recolha e an\\u00e1lise de dados. Caracterizar a distribui\\u00e7\\u00e3o de estudantes em fun\\u00e7\\u00e3o da nacionalidade no Instituto Polit\\u00e9cnico de Beja, por unidade org\\u00e2nica, por ciclo de estudos;<\\\/p><p>2. Analisar como \\u00e9 que a dimens\\u00e3o de Diversidade Cultural\\\/Multiculturalidade e Interculturalidade \\u00e9 integrada na oferta formativa, nos planos de estudo, nos projetos em curso do Instituto Polit\\u00e9cnico de Beja;<\\\/p><p>3. Conhecer as perce\\u00e7\\u00f5es da comunidade acad\\u00e9mica do Instituto Polit\\u00e9cnico de Beja em torno Diversidade Cultural\\\/Multiculturalidade e Interculturalidade<\\\/p><p>4. Identificar as sugest\\u00f5es de melhoria da comunidade acad\\u00e9mica para a promo\\u00e7\\u00e3o Diversidade Cultural\\\/Multiculturalidade e Interculturalidade no Instituto Polit\\u00e9cnico de Beja.<\\\/p><p>Seguiu-se uma abordagem metodol\\u00f3gica de estudo de caso de tipo explorat\\u00f3rio, de perfil essencialmente qualitativo, com recurso a diferentes t\\u00e9cnicas de recolha e an\\u00e1lise de dados. promocional, etc.) a utilizar na promo\\u00e7\\u00e3o e divulga\\u00e7\\u00e3o do projeto;<\\\/span><br \\\/><span style=\\\"color: #7a7a7a;\\\">(ii) Definir, desenvolver e implementar um Plano de Promo\\u00e7\\u00e3o para divulgar e disseminar os conhecimentos e os resultados gerados pelo projeto (boas pr\\u00e1ticas e metodologias adotadas ou a adotar), de forma consolidada, junto da comunidade acad\\u00e9mica;<\\\/span><br \\\/><span style=\\\"color: #7a7a7a;\\\">(iii) Promover o agendamento de eventos nacionais e internacionais relacionados com o \\u00e2mbito do projeto, a fim de planear e formalizar a participa\\u00e7\\u00e3o e a promo\\u00e7\\u00e3o da equipa do IPBeja junto do p\\u00fablico de interesse;<\\\/span><br \\\/><span style=\\\"color: #7a7a7a;\\\">(iv) Promover e acompanhar a produ\\u00e7\\u00e3o de material cient\\u00edfico, tendo em vista a publica\\u00e7\\u00e3o de artigos cient\\u00edficos em revistas internacionais e em confer\\u00eancias da especialidade;<\\\/span><br \\\/><span style=\\\"color: #7a7a7a;\\\">(v) Conceber, desenvolver e gerir todos os canais de comunica\\u00e7\\u00e3o e a\\u00e7\\u00f5es de promo\\u00e7\\u00e3o do projeto, tais como a comunica\\u00e7\\u00e3o do projeto no website institucional do IPBeja, garantindo a sua atualiza\\u00e7\\u00e3o permanente. O IPBeja pretende ainda criar um pr\\u00e9mio de boas pr\\u00e1ticas pedag\\u00f3gicas (atividades, projetos) desenvolvidas em contexto pedag\\u00f3gico que promovam a desconstru\\u00e7\\u00e3o dos estere\\u00f3tipos de g\\u00e9nero, a igualdade e a n\\u00e3o discrimina\\u00e7\\u00e3o. Este pr\\u00e9mio ser\\u00e1 destinado a docentes, com exemplos de boas pr\\u00e1ticas desenvolvidas em contexto pedag\\u00f3gico.<\\\/span><\\\/p><p><strong><span style=\\\"color:
